Hakomi means “How do I stand in relation to these many realms?”,  or put more simply “Who am I?”. Hakomi Method involves short practices done in a state of ‘mindfulness’ to help us discover some of our deeply held beliefs and understand patterns of behaviour that may be causing us unnecessary suffering.

This type of assisted self-study can bring relief from persistent painful emotions and behaviours.  It can bring a much deeper understanding of yourself and, with that, more freedom to choose what you’ll be able to feel, greater pleasure in everyday living, and to engage in fuller richer more rewarding relationships.
