Starting therapy can be difficult. Individual therapy sessions are all about supporting you to feel comfortable. Comfortable enough to show true vulnerability and learn from what it has to teach us. Showing up—and being present—is half the battle. And some days that’s all that matters.

Other days we can explore deeper. As a certified Hakomi Therapist, I have expertise in supporting deep healing and self discovery through mindful awareness. Healing trauma is also a passion by which I draw from advanced training and experience with EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Somatic Experiencing. However, I will work where you are at, and can move between various approaches which are best suited to you. This means the therapy session moves at a pace determined by you, and the conversation goes only where you feel it will be of benefit to you.
