Our practice is informed by many years of specialized training and practice in the most effective, evidence based treatments to date. Still, research shows the most important factor in successful therapy is the relationship between therapist and client. Establishing a strong collaborative relationship based on trust, respect and often humour, is central to my commitment as a therapist. Holding the highest standards of practice, Jennifer is committed to supporting self regulation and healing by integrating Somatic Experiencing, Hakomi, EMDR and Play Therapy, depending on needs and interests of clients.
