I am a registered clinical social worker (MSW) practicing in Edmonton, Alberta. My therapy style has grown from experience in mental health settings ranging from in-patient psychiatry to community outpatient care, as well as private practice with children, youth and adults.
My practice is informed by CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy), Hakomi Body-Centred Psychotherapy, Play Therapy and EMDR trauma therapy (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing).
